I can’t find my tickets?

You can download and access your tickets by logging into your user account on Resident Advisor and select the order from My Tickets. You need to enter your RA password in order to download your tickets. An automated email is also sent out when the tickets are purchased. If not present in your inbox, please check your junk or spam email and ensure the email address attached to your account is up to date in your profile settings.

I can no longer attend the event?

You can use the RA Ticket Resale service to get a refund for your ticket. Visit My Tickets, click into the order, and add the ticket to the resale queue. Once sold, you will be refunded. Tickets are non-transferable, however you can change the name on the ticket up to 24 hours prior to the event. To do this head to the ‘My Tickets’ section of the RA Guide app.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, there will be a limited quantity of tickets available at the box office.


How can I pay at the event?

Only cashless payments can be made at the event. This means that all major cards and payment services such as Apple Pay will be accepted. Banknotes or coins cannot be used except from the wardrobe.

Why can I only pay cashless?

The cashless-system is designed to make your visit as pleasant as possible. It simplifies service at the bar and reduces waiting times substantially by avoiding unnecessary top-ups and refund procedures.

How can I get there?

Please use public transport to get to the venue. The nearest S-Bahn station is ‘Landsberger Allee’. The following S-Bahn lines stop here: S41, S42, S8, S85, as well as the Tram lines: M1, M5, M6, M8, M10 and the bus: 156.

Are there any parking spaces at the venue?

Unfortunately, no. Therefore, please use public transport or taxis.

Is re-entry possible?

Re-entry is not possible for organisational reasons.


Whats the minimum age?

You have to be at least 18 years old to enter the event.

What are the opening hours?

Saturday 08.07.23 – 22:00 till 08:00

Is there a wardrobe?

Yes, there will be a wardrobe. Please be aware that the wardrobe is the only thing you must pay in cash.

Is there food on site?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer food stands at this event.

Are bags and backpacks allowed?

Please note that only small bags are allowed (up to size of DIN A4 format, approx. 20cm x 30cm). Our security team is screening all bags at the entrance. Notebooks, tablets, professional camera equipment, GoPros and similar technical stuff is not allowed. We would like to advise to bring as less stuff with you as possible – it will help everyone to get quickly into the venue.

  • Objects or clothes with discriminating, offending, provocative prints (text, symbols, expressions etc.)
  • Hairspray, deodorant sprays and similar (aerosol cans)
  • Food & beverages
  • Skateboards, bikes, scooters or personal motorised vehicles
  • Glass containers of any kind – Markers, permanent markers, felt pens
  • Animals
  • Inflammable substances
  • Instruments – Loudspeaker
  • Large backpacks and big bags
  • Selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers
  • Professional photo/video camera equipment (no GoPros, no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms or commercial use rigs)

  • Drones or remote controlled vehicles
