You can download and access your tickets by logging into your user account on Resident Advisor and select the order from My Tickets. You need to enter your RA password in order to download your tickets. An automated email is also sent out when the tickets are purchased. If not present in your inbox, please check your junk or spam email and ensure the email address attached to your account is up to date in your profile settings.
You can use the RA Ticket Resale service to get a refund for your ticket. Visit My Tickets, click into the order, and add the ticket to the resale queue. Once sold, you will be refunded. Tickets are non-transferable, however you can change the name on the ticket up to 24 hours prior to the event. To do this head to the ‘My Tickets’ section of the RA Guide app.

Only cashless payments can be made at the event. This means that all major cards and payment services such as Apple Pay will be accepted. Banknotes or coins cannot be used except from the wardrobe.
The cashless-system is designed to make your visit as pleasant as possible. It simplifies service at the bar and reduces waiting times substantially by avoiding unnecessary top-ups and refund procedures.

No, unfortunately we cannot offer food stands at this event.
Please note that only small bags are allowed (up to size of DIN A4 format, approx. 20cm x 30cm). Our security team is screening all bags at the entrance. Notebooks, tablets, professional camera equipment, GoPros and similar technical stuff is not allowed. We would like to advise to bring as less stuff with you as possible – it will help everyone to get quickly into the venue.
